Arrow Season 5 Will Bring Back A Character We Haven't Seen In Years

Arrow has accumulated an awful lot of characters over its four seasons so far, and some appear more often than others. According to star Stephen Amell, Season 5 will bring back a character who hasn't turned up in years.
